PART 4: YOUR CONSENT

GDPR Policy - Your contact details will be kept solely for use by the Wye Valley AONB team in order to contact you in relation to this project and the treatment of Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS) on your land/property. Unless you indicate below, when this project finishes all contact details held for you will be deleted. They will never be shared with any third parties without your consent.

As the landowner on title, by choosing ‘Yes’, I agree to:

  • Allowing the Wye Valley AONB Unit to hold my contact details as per the GDPR policy above.
  • Where the control involves chemical treatment, I will not water or remove this plant or cut any stems for 72 hrs after treatment.
  • Agree to allow Wye Valley AONB team members, AONB Volunteers and/or contractors to work on the area of my land where the INNS is/are growing at all reasonable times.

We will contact you via email ahead of time to tell you what date our treatment programme is commencing, but we will need to be able to flex treatment around the weather and tides and we have a large number of sites to visit. For this reason, we will not be able to give you an exact day or time that we will be visiting your property, but we will be leaving calling cards to let you know when have visited and if we have treated your INNS.
