Wye Valley Walk Diversions
Chepstow - Upper Wyndcliff
The popular long distance Wye Valley Walk is undergoing an extensive facelift through the Overlooking the Wye Partnership Scheme .Several famous viewpoints will be refurbished and restored over the spring and summer. This work will cause a substantial diversion at the beginning of the walk at Chepstow for at least six months. Signs have been put into place and we are asking walkers to observe them as they will be unable to get through on the paths and will have to retrace their steps. Savour the Wye has now ceased publication. At the AONB Unit we felt that new initiatives for local food were doing such a good job that our publication was unnecessary .
All information however will be incorporated within a new website due to be designed shortly which will oncorporate information about all the county and countrywide projects available
