ARTS in the WYE
The Wye Valley has a thriving artistic community and has a unique arts heritage as the area where the Picturesque movement originated

Throughout July 2008 : Forest Studios Art Trail, Wye Valley/Forest of Dean

Take a tour round artists studios in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean throughout July. You can obtain a map and guide to the art and craft studio trail on the website www.forestandvalley-openstudio.co.uk

www.forest-bigartweb.net is an artists led project represents creative people within the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. It also produces The Forest & Wye Big Art Guide

Throughout 2008 : Art in the Cafe, Brockweir Village Shop

Paintings and photographs by local artists at the Brockweir community-run Village Shop. A good stop off point for a cup of tea or lunch on walks in the St Briavels, Brockweir and Hewelsfield areas.
